Job summary

The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch is seeking a Server to provide excellent service to Members and their guests in a welcoming dining environment. You will greet guests, present specials, take and deliver orders, and help with billing and dessert service.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, supporting hosts, and ensuring a positive dining experience across meals and events. Equal opportunity employer; pre-employment screening required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices and sanitation guidelines preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Able to operate basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats Members and guests; presents specials.
• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders; ensures accuracy.
• Bills orders and processes payments.
• Maintains dining room cleanliness and organization.
• Assists with catering events and host/hostess duties as needed.
• Provides friendly, efficient service to ensure a positive dining experience.
