Responsibilities

• Prompts guests to greet them warmly in the dining room and take food and beverages following steps of service.
• Delivers food promptly and professionally and maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Advises guests on menu items and ingredients, and accommodates reasonable requests and allergies.
• Communicates with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Maintains strong communication and teamwork with staff; stays flexible and patient with guests.
• Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures.
• Keeps the dining area clean, safe, and organized; ensures sanitation standards are met.
• Operates equipment such as coffee machines, tea machines, and other service tools.
