Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Wyoming applicable health and/or alcohol compliance knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of work in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guests’ dining experience and respond promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, beverages, and other restaurant services.
• Inform guests of daily specials and make genuine recommendations.
• Explain how menu items are prepared and describe ingredients.
• Describe and recommend wines to guests and coordinate wine service.
• Transmit food orders to the kitchen and manage table checks.
• Assist with setup and cleanup, ensuring a clean dining environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet guest needs and uphold service standards.
