Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group in Baltimore is seeking a Server to deliver an uncompromising dining experience. You will provide hospitality, manage multiple tasks, and work in a team to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of food and beverages and the ability to communicate orders clearly to the kitchen. Candidates should have at least 2 years in the restaurant industry, a high school diploma, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of wine and craft cocktails is a plus.
• Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about the menu, sells food and drinks, and communicates orders to the kitchen.
• Stay guest focused and sustain an excellent guest experience.
• Possess strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Keep stations clean, organized and properly stocked.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Assess customers’ needs and make recommendations.
