Margaritaville Restaurants in Branson is seeking a friendly, energetic server to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a high-volume setting. You will guide guests through menus, take orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a clean dining area.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+ and enjoy a lively, guest-focused team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• One to two years experience as a food & beverage server in a high-volume restaurant or equivalent education/experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
• Ability to complete a heavy workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Eighteen years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Provide friendly, personalized service to encourage guest return.
• Guide guests through menus with item recommendations and information.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction by exceeding service expectations.
• Handle guest complaints or direct them to a manager.
• Operate POS with accuracy and manage currency.
• Assist with opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Assist host with greeting and seating guests when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and communicate with guests.
