Qualifications

• Knowledge of Legal Sea Foods menus, policies and procedures.
• Must be familiar with POS system.
• Polite manners, hygiene, positive attitude and promptness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparations; ask about allergies.
• Enter orders into POS system accurately.
• Provide attentive, personalized service and anticipate needs.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Refill drinks, clear plates, reset tables; tidy dining area.
• Handle complaints professionally and inform management as needed.
• Present bills and process payments quickly and accurately.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
