In this role you will greet guests, present menus, take orders, deliver meals, check satisfaction, and help with opening and closing duties while working closely with kitchen and bar teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Restaurant or serving experience preferred.
• POS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality.
• Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders, including special requests.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly and correctly.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area.
• Process payments and handle POS transactions.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams.
• Upsell menu items and promotions.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
