Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and positive interactions with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests, inform them of daily specials and assist with menu selections.
• Assist guests with beverage choices and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Notify supervisor of any food or service issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain neat appearance and uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and perform inventories as assigned.
• Perform tableside cooking, dessert presentation, and wine service.
