Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Albuquerque, NM is seeking friendly servers to provide memorable, table-side service in a fast-paced churrasco dining setting. You will welcome guests, present menus, take beverage and dessert orders, and coordinate with churrasqueiros to meet guests' requests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap.
• Present menu and answer questions regarding items.
• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and relay special requests to churrasqueiros.
• Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment.
• Assist other servers as needed and complete opening/closing duties.
