Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• California requires Responsible Beverage Service Certification (may be obtained during training).

Responsibilities

• Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile.
• Greets guests, seats them, and coordinates with service staff.
• Manages wait and seating with a sense of urgency.
• Supports dining room operations and upsells menu items.
• Leads lobby experience and maintains a clean, welcoming area.
• Assists servers by serving food/beverages and clearing tables.
