Responsibilities

• Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
• Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly going over the food and bar menus; recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, and identifying wines.
• Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions.
• Notifying managers of special accommodations such as allergies before reporting to the kitchen.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining area and completing opening, running and closing side work.
