Job summary

Eggs Up Grill in Hope Mills is seeking an energetic server to deliver friendly, efficient service and guide guests through the menu. You will take and deliver orders, check IDs, and help guests with recommendations while maintaining a tidy, welcoming dining area.

Ideal candidates balance speed with attentiveness, work well in a team, and handle payments accurately. This on-site role requires a positive attitude and flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a server.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, seating and escorting them to tables.
• Providing menu recommendations and additional information.
• Upselling additional products when appropriate.
• Checking IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcohol.
• Taking orders using software, order slips, or memorization.
• Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Delivering checks and collecting bill payments.
• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.
• Providing exceptional customer experience.
