Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join the Embassy Suites Asheville Downtown dining team. You will be more than an order-taker; you will guide guests through the menu and craft memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to guest needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing requests and refilling beverages.
• Respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries about menu items and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalates concerns to management if needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including dining area setup and workstation cleaning.
