Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is looking for energetic servers in Miami to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages.

You will be expected to maintain a clean dining area and assist teammates throughout busy shifts. Candidates should be proficient in English, comfortable with POS systems, and ready to complete the Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Familiarity with POS systems and delivering guest service.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance and serving duties.
• Be knowledgeable about Food & Beverage menus, current promotions, and answer guests’ questions clearly.
• Accurately write down guests’ orders and enter into POS in a timely manner.
• Retrieve and deliver food or drinks to guests promptly.
• Assess guests’ demeanor and know when to summon a Manager.
• Process payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards) and provide correct change.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework.
• Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests.
• Must stand/walk 100% of shift and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor program and Florida food safety certification.
