Job summary

Qualifications

• Genuine guest service orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Seasoned in fast-paced customer service environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate orders.
• Enter orders into the POS system and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain clean, stocked tables and assist team with side work.
• Handle payments (credit cards, cash, gift cards) and give correct change.
