Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a fast, friendly dining and entertainment experience. You will take orders, use the Micros POS, and ensure guests are satisfied while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with strong English communication, enjoy teamwork, and can manage high-energy, high-volume environments while promoting the D&B experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and read/write notes.
• 18+ years old or legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Experience handling transactions and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to Guests and ensure a memorable experience.
• Take and enter orders accurately; answer questions about menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and dining area.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures; manage cash and credit transactions.
• Engage with Guests to promote the D&B experience and brand.
