Job summary

Copper Vine in New Orleans is seeking a friendly server to deliver welcoming dining and entertainment experiences. You will assist guests, take orders, suggest wine pairings, and ensure smooth service in a bustling venue.

We value a positive, outgoing personality, fluency in English, and a commitment to sanitation and safety. Prior serving experience and an alcohol/food handlers certification are required; eVerify is used for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience required.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English.
• Alcohol and/or Food Handlers Card Certification required.
• Good telephone speaking and listening ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining area by setting tables and service items.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies.
• Assist guests with menu selections and wine recommendations.
• Stay updated on menu items and kitchen status.
• Record orders and communicate dietary needs to bar/kitchen.
• Deliver orders and replenish utensils and water as needed.
• Open and pour wine at the tableside.
• Provide welcoming service and assist with special events as needed.
