Qualifications

• Exhibit food knowledge.
• Detail and define all ingredients on the menu, and recommend pairings.
• Display wine and beverage knowledge.
• Maintain accuracy of menu items across food and drinks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, personalized welcome at the table.
• Present menus, answer questions and suggest food/beverage pairings.
• Take orders according to prep times for seamless service.
• Collaborate with team to deliver food and beverages meeting guests' expectations.
• Engage guests to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Inquire about needs and assist during dining process to enhance service.
• Clean and reset dining areas for subsequent service.
• Refill service areas per departmental standards.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by leaders.
