Chamonix Casino Resort in Cripple Creek, Colorado seeks a full-time server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will take orders, answer questions about the menu, coordinate with the kitchen, and handle payments with accuracy while providing a welcoming experience.

Competenze

Experience: 1 year of recent serving experience in a reputable establishment preferred.
Skills: Strong multitasking, friendly communication, time management, and basic math for handling payments.
Reliability: Punctual, consistent attendance and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Schedule: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including routine evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

Guest Service: Deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences by taking accurate orders and collaborating with the kitchen team.
Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, present menus, share daily specials, and anticipate dining needs.
Order Management: Explain ingredients, check food allergies, take precise orders, and input them into the POS system.
Food Delivery: Coordinate with the kitchen to serve orders simultaneously, efficiently, and with appealing presentation.
Table Maintenance: Conduct satisfaction checks, replenish drinks, clear dishes, and reset tables promptly.
Payment Processing: Present bills and process transactions quickly and accurately.
Teamwork & Compliance: Attend pre-shift meetings, support teammates during rushes, and follow safety, health, and Colorado Limited Gaming Act regulations.
