Responsibilities

• Read and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and service instructions from Banquet Captain/Manager.
• Assist in event setup including tables, chairs, buffet, and side stations.
• Prepare table settings, condiments, and beverages for functions.
• Communicate changes or dietary restrictions to Banquet Captain/Manager.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete side-work and pre-work for future events.
• Assist in post-event cleanup and storage of supplies.
