The Polish Cottage in Tucson, AZ is seeking a motivated server to join our team. In a fast-paced dining room, you will take orders, deliver meals and drinks, and provide attentive service to ensure guests have a memorable visit.

You should be reliable and able to work independently or with a team, comfortable using POS systems and handheld devices, and eager to learn daily specials. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay with tips are available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a server in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and a positive, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to problem-solve on the spot and remain calm under pressure.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Strong verbal communication with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Comfortable using POS and handheld systems.
• Physical ability to carry trays, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service: take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience.
