Hotel Equities is seeking a Server for the Hotel Northland in Green Bay, WI. You will provide prompt, warm service to restaurant guests, take orders, and maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Marriott/Hyatt brand experience is valued, with comprehensive employee benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt) preferred.
• Customer service oriented with professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take and relay food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and present items; keep service area clean and organized; follow health codes.
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables to accommodate party sizes.
• Ensure safety procedures and SOPs are followed at all times.
