Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Houseperson for the Hotel Northland Green Bay. The role covers cleaning in guestrooms, lobbies, corridors and public areas to ensure guest comfort during stays.

Duties include responding to guest requests, maintaining cleanliness with vacuums and cleaning supplies, and keeping logs and security procedures. Weekend and holiday availability is welcome; strength in organization and self-direction is valued.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Room Attendant or Houseman/Houseperson is required.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Ability to work with little supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and responds to special requests.
• Responds to guest concerns or suggestions and refers to management as needed.
• Clean designated areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors and offices.
• Maintain privacy by announcing entry and servicing guestrooms as appropriate.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies per specs.
• Observe and maintain common areas and log activities.
• Handle lost and found items per policy and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues and problems.
