Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Lynnwood, WA is hiring dine-in servers. Open roles for full-time or part-time, no experience required. We offer on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Servers will learn the menu, assist guests in selections, and handle dining service and payments, with a focus on hospitality and teamwork within a scratch-kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol where applicable.
• Food Handler’s Card required or assistance to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations.
• Understands the menu to assist guests in choosing items and answering questions.
• Guides guests through dining experience, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and processes payments.
• Understands seating layout and server areas to efficiently deliver meals.
