Job summary

PF Chang's China Bistro in Las Vegas is hiring for full-time or part-time hourly dine-in servers and wait staff. You will deliver a friendly hospitality experience, guide guests through the menu, take and serve orders, and process payments to ensure a smooth dining experience.

No prior experience is required—we will train you. Candidates should have excellent customer service, be able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment, and meet sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
