Job summary
Workstream in Lexington, KY is seeking a friendly server to welcome guests, oversee the dining experience, and ensure timely, accurate food and beverage service in a high-volume environment. Learn our menu, wine list, and cocktail offerings to guide guests, maintain a clean, professional appearance, and provide energetic, attentive service.
You will collaborate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction, handle POS transactions, and contribute to a memorable hospitality experience.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering friendly, high-volume service in upscale settings.
- Ability to learn menu, wine, and cocktails to inform guests.
- Willingness to work on your feet and assist with lifting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Cheerful and positive attitude while serving guests
- Oversee dining experience and welcome guests
- Provide knowledgeable, efficient service at all times
- Maintain clean, professional appearance and dress code
- Know menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Use POS system accurately for orders and payments
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Support team and handle guest issues with management when needed
- Assist in stocking and prep of service items
