Beef 'O' Brady's - Hilliard is seeking friendly, energetic servers to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

As a server, you will work with the kitchen and management to provide accurate orders, upsell specials, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. Previous experience is preferred but not required, and flexibility with hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling checks and processing payments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food and beverages for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to [insert weight] and handle various restaurant equipment.
• Knowledge of the menu and ability to learn about new items and specials.
• Flexibility with hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure items meet quality standards.
• Check in on guests’ dining experience and address concerns.
• Upsell to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Clear and reset tables, keeping the dining area tidy.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management during busy periods.
• Process payments and provide receipts to guests.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
