Responsibilities

• Know Alcona Brew Haus’s menu, wine, liquor, and beer selections in order to suggestively sell all items
• Know how to serve guests with food allergies safely
• Greet, welcome, and invite our customers back, ensuring an enjoyable visit to everyone
• Obtain a required Alcohol service certificate … Tips, Tams, Servsafe, etc.
• Act as a final quality check on food and beverages before they are served
• Assist management in the upkeep of the facility and ensure everything is always clean and well maintained
• Pre-bus your tables of all unneeded plates, glasses, and paper
• Complete side work and closing duties as assigned
• Be a team player
• Must have an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude
