Job summary

Responsibilities include entering orders into the POS, monitoring satisfaction, collecting payments, and helping with side tasks. Evening and weekend availability is required to support a busy dining room.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with bussers, cooks and staff.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Present menus and describe items, including daily specials.
• Accurately take orders and enter into the POS system.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and itemize checks; split checks and collect payments.
• Pre-bus/bus tables to help turnover.
• Complete weekly cleaning tasks and side work; roll silverware.
• Stock ice and assist kitchen staff when needed.
