Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to upsell menu items using product knowledge.
• Basic understanding of age-ID checks and responsible service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service according to training portal standards.
• Prepare the restaurant for service before each shift.
• Apply suggestive selling using product knowledge.
• Ring orders and perform POS system tasks.
• Check IDs for guests under 30.
• Refuse service to intoxicated guests and report impaired guests.
• Maintain accurate shift financial records, including discounts.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and complete daily/weekly side work.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Complete tasks assigned by management.
• Inform management of guest or team concerns.
• Follow company policies per handbook.
