Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is hiring a Server to create memorable guest experiences by recommending dishes and beverages and serving items with hospitality. You will join a cohesive team that supports one another in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include embracing our Guest-Obsessed culture, answering menu questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction by checking in and anticipating needs; handling complaints with escalation to a manager plus one to guarantee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each guest regularly and anticipating their needs.
• Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
