Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishes a professional, hospitable rapport with each guest.
• Maintains guest relations and promotes The Perfect Night Out culture.
• Adheres to policies, uniform standards, grooming, and safety laws for alcohol and food.
• Follows service sequences and procedures; upsells food and beverages.
• Performs opening, running, and closing side-work as part of the team.
• Attends ongoing training sessions and reviews pre-shift notes.
