Job summary

Live! by Loews - Arlington is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide exceptional table service, greet guests, present menus, and take accurate orders in a fast-paced setting.

You will maintain menu knowledge, collaborate with a friendly team, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with opening/closing duties across dining venues in the Arlington Entertainment District.

Strong communication, hospitality experience, and the ability to lift 40-50 pounds are preferred; veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed.
