Job summary

Aberdeen Social House in Indianapolis is seeking friendly servers to deliver attentive service in a globally inspired setting. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and work closely with the bartender, server assistant, and host to ensure superb guest experiences.

The role focuses on professional hospitality, teamwork, and maintaining high service standards. Schedules may include weekends; open to applicants without a college diploma; competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate POS computer system and process payments accurately.
• Able to learn, describe and sell menu items.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and deliver plates.
• Walk or stand for 6–8 hour shifts.
• Must read menu items and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure exemplary service and upsell menu items.
• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and coordinate with team to ensure superb service.
• Enter orders accurately on the POS system and attend to guests' needs.
