Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a casual part-time server to join our Restaurant/Bar/Banquet teams in Kohler, WI. This onsite role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and upselling daily specials while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements include Safe Serve certification and at least 2 years of prior server experience. The position offers weekend and weekday shifts with hours roughly 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and an hourly pay range

Qualifications

• Safe Serve Certification may be required.
• 2 years of prior server experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Greet guests and present menus.
• Serve food and beverages and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain table settings and assist with stocking.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
