Traditions Hospitality Group in Oklahoma seeks a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, serve with precision, and ensure presentation meets standards.

This role offers training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including daily pay, health and other insurance options, and PTO. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Assist with menu recommendations and upselling of specials or additional items.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
