Requirements include a high school education or equivalent, 3–6 months of food/beverage service experience, TIPs certification, and fluency in English. Expect to maintain cleanliness, assist with payments, and participate in team meetings.

• Greet and take food and drink orders, serve orders and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and service standards at all times.
• Restock and complete opening/closing side-work.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer customer questions.
• Handle guest payments and document orders accurately.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
