Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining or nightclub settings preferred.
• In-depth wine and alcohol knowledge preferred.
• Food & beverage experience preferred.
• Must acquire and maintain valid certifications: Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Answers menu questions posed by guests.
• Maintains knowledge of dining menu and specials.
• Observes guests, anticipates needs, completes service steps.
• Records all sales accurately in the POS.
• Ensures items are served promptly and meet quality standards.
• Performs table maintenance and bus duties during peak times.
• Assists as a beverage server when needed.
• Stocks beverage stations and maintains clean work areas.
• Ensures proper guest payment handling and professional appearance.
