The Cottonwood at The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha seeks a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, take and relay orders, and ensure timely, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support peak periods in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, friendly first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with attention to presentation.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
