Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, restocking napkins, making sure the condiments are refilled.
• Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and deviations, and knowing if items are running out.
• Greet guests and guide them to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist with drink selection, and communicate needs to cooks.
• Deliver items and fulfill guest needs, provide desserts and drinks, remove courses, and replenish utensils.
• Prepare mixed drinks and pour wine at the table when needed.
• Perform opening/closing duties and assist with special events as needed.
