Job summary

Hef's Hut Bar & Grill in Vernon Township is looking for friendly servers to join our team. You will take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Flexible hours up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service is a plus; you must multitask and handle payments accurately while delivering great hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous server or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences and specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal.
• Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying meals and address issues.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and positive dining experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
