Job summary

Belle's & Boots, a high-energy country bar in Denver, CO, is seeking a Server to deliver warm, knowledgeable service from welcome to farewell. You will guide dining decisions, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and ensure accuracy and timely service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

This tipped, hourly role requires prior serving experience in a fast-paced venue, excellent communication, and the ability to handle busy service with composure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Guide guests through the menu with knowledge of ingredients and pairings.
• Take accurate orders, note modifications, and enter into POS.
• Identify allergies and special requests, ensuring safety procedures.
• Suggest complementary items and premium pairings with integrity.
• Maintain table uptime, coordinate with hosts, bartenders, and chefs.
• Present and serve beverages in accordance with standards and training.
• Verify quality and resolve concerns with manager guidance.
• Handle guest checks, payments, discounts, and cash accurately.
• Participate in tip pooling and reporting as required.
