Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers, keep dining areas clean, and ensure guests have an outstanding experience. You will greet Guests, take drink orders, refill condiments, and help with table turns while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. Prior experience is a plus, certifications are required by state law, and company benefits include a strong culture and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset is essential and teamwork is a must.
• Effective communication and a sense of urgency are important in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet Guests and take drink orders.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guest needs.
• Support the Server with refilling condiments, pre-bussing, and turning tables.
• Create memorable guest experiences with exceptional service.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
