Job summary

Landed in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a Server who will deliver a consistent, professional dining experience while upholding ITL Group standards. You will help guests with menu choices, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and accuracy with payments; you will handle cash and card transactions, maintain clean workstations, and comply with health, safety, and grooming guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food handler permit as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Assist guests with menu selections, dietary inquiries, and food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and in accordance with service standards.
• Conduct regular table check-backs and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
