Thrive Restaurant Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking a friendly Server to welcome guests and create memorable dining experiences. You will deliver food and drinks, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to a warm, upbeat atmosphere in our family-style setting.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and reliable mobility. You’ll use our Nigel tablet POS, ensure accuracy of orders, clear tables, and help maintain a clean dining area while representing our Cultivating Kindness values.

Qualificações

• Desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to wipe tables and clean as needed.
• Move items up to 25 pounds; stand and move throughout shift.
• Basic reading, writing, math and clear verbal communication.
• Mobility required during entire shift.
• Ability to transport items multiple times per shift.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food and drinks and provide ongoing service.
• Greet guests and offer recommendations.
• Create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere for guests.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar via POS system.
• Observe guests and respond to needs or requests.
• Present guest checks to tables and manage payments.
• Assist with clearing and resetting dining room tables.
