• Certification for alcohol service where required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, learn their needs and guide menu and beverage selections with confidence.
• Take, enter, course, deliver, and verify orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain table awareness, anticipate needs, and coordinate with teammates.
• Process checks and payments accurately with cash-control procedures.
• Complete opening, running, closing, and side-work to standard.
