Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on their feet all day and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service throughout their meal.
• Guide guests through the menu, including making recommendations and answering questions.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into our point-of-sale system in a timely manner.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper plate presentation and food temperature.
• Monitor and anticipate guests’ needs and assist with any requests including refilling drinks.
• Respond appropriately to complaints and bring them to the attention of management.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down tables and keeping spaces clean.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure the best possible dining experience.
