Job summary

Reid's in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Server to join our team. You will serve tables, handle dine-in and to-go orders, deliver beverages, and support the dining room to create memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server.
• Ability to memorize all menu ingredients and daily/weekly specials.
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
