Job summary

Kalispel Tribe of Indians seeks a friendly restaurant server to greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive service in the Kalispel community. Training will cover POS use, guest questions, and side work to maintain cleanliness and stock.

The role requires strong customer service skills, cash handling ability, and willingness to learn the POS system. Evening and weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and give proper change.
• Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions.
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a Kalispel friendly manner and provide attentive service.
• Use the POS system as trained.
• Communicate with your supervisor to resolve guest questions promptly.
• Complete side work to keep areas clean and stocked.
• Maintain a clean, stocked server station and finish end-of-shift paperwork.
• Attend all training meetings and adapt to policy changes.
