Qualifications

• Experience as a Receptionist or front desk role preferred.
• 0–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes customers in a friendly manner.
• Keeps organized patient/visitor records and schedules flow.
• Answers and screens incoming calls and directs as needed.
• Manages insurance and appointment information when required.
• Schedules appointments and maintains filing for next-day visits.
• Maintains tidy reception area and inventories office supplies.
• Participates in regular team meetings.
